EATTING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN AND WALKING TO START HOPE TO ADD MORE EXERCISES. NO SOFT DRINKS AND NO FAST FOOD.

I ENJOY WATCHING THE MIDDLE, LAW AND ORDER AND THE WALKING DEAD. I ALSO ENJOY READING MYSTERIES AND LISTEN TO ALL MUSIC.

"As a nation, we’re eating about the same number of calories as we have for the past 20 years, yet obesity is on the rise. One culprit? Lack of physical activity. The number of American women who say they never exercise has increased nearly 33 percent in 16 years! For men, the number spiked 32 percent. Luckily, it doesn’t take much to reap the benefits of moving more. Just a few minutes of heart-rate-boosting activity can lower the risk of stroke, colon cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. Physical activity lowers symptoms of depression too. Make a “no-more-excuses” pledge to move more! Aim for at least 10,000 steps a day for the most health benefits. Strap on that pedometer and challenge yourself to add more steps each day. Or challenge your spouse, a friend or a co-worker to a walking contest; we’ll leave the prize up to you!"
