I am still attending Weight Watchers, would miss my friends there and their support. Our leader Pam is such an inspiration and supportive Christian.

I had an L3,4 and 5 lumbar fusion on July 28th 2014. PRAISES it was successful and I have no back pain! now am having knee pain, arthritis and spurs. Now getting Euflexxa jell injections. Want to be able to exercise again.

Working hard to stay on track and do the exercises I can right now. Started Diabetic 8 week challenge.

The Lord is good and I thank him for all my recovery and for the direction to find the right MD for the task at hand.

Hi there! I just saw your intro post in the OA team. You had asked about sweeteners. I had the same question when I joined OA and gave up sweets and sugars. I posted a reply to your question on that thread, if you wish to see it. I am finding that a sweetener here and there is working for me, although certain ones seem to be a potential trigger for me.

    Take care!

Thanks for your comments on my spark page. I think taking your afghan is a great idea! Keeping our hands busy is a really good way to stayed focused on something else. You asked about whether sugar substitutes are addictive? I don't really know. But sweet things, in general, tend to set me off. So I just try to be as careful as possible. Good luck to you with your family!
