Changing My Life!

My name is Lauren. I'm 28 years old and am always losing and gaining weight. So unhealthy and frustrating! I have a moderatly stressful job teaching 3rd grade, and it leads me to munch on junk food way too often :) I am standing up at my friend's wedding on May 19 and would like to lose about 4 more pounds. That's my 1st small goal. After that I would like to lose about another 5 pounds and MAINTAIN!!! I am always up and down 10-15 pounds and it drives me crazy! This time I'm doing it ...

i'll definitely be checking out the website more on the weekends! thank you for the advice! it helped me saturday but sunday was a FAIL! hopefully this weekend will be better :)
