I Can Do It! It's just 30 days right...?
My goal was to try for 30 days and then give up, by then maybe it will be a habit but I am only thinking of fitness for 30 days so there is less time to go before giving in. (THAT WAS A YEAR AGO THOUGH) I gained the weight I needed in a year, but now I am trying to lose it...as I also gained too much body fat! I am here to shed 'body fat' lbs, but more than that I want to be more "fit" and hot to myself and join great others in doing it! We all have our goals and the end result ...

My Goals:
I want to be well proportioned for my body size. Look good to myself, and I would like to have endurance and strength and be at the optimal energy levels for my size. I'm 5'6.
My Program:
Right now I am trying to eat the right foods for me (healthy, whole foods and grains, very little meats, less fats/salt/sugars) and use that to give me energy and some weight gain. I am currently using SP's calculator and fitness plans to maintain this.
Personal Information:
I am from NY. I live in CA. I am working hard on my body. I hope to make some friends on here for motivation, tips and recipe shares! If we can help each other meet fitness goals that is awesome!
