Ok, I'm motivated today.
My biggest problem is that I've gotten used to this fat body. And I don't make good nutritional decisions. I didn't have to think about my weight until after college, I just packed on pounds because I ate the way I always had. I lost 13 pounds about a year and a half ago and kept it off for about a year (and barely anyone noticed, which shouldn't annoy me but it does). Now I'm heavier than ever. My clothes DO NOT FIT! Sparkpeople works, you just have to use it. What I need to figure out ...

Sparkpeople works, you just have to use it. What I need to figure out is why can't I use it as religiously as I used to? If I'm not keeping track of my food intake, I end up making poor nutritional choices. No amount of exercise can overcome a poor diet!
