Thanks for commenting on my blog. That is really interesting about the food combinations helping to sleep and "feel good". You are so right that it would be great if we could crave the healthy way to get what we need. I am definitely going to try to do some substitutions when I get those compulsions. Thanks again!
Congrats on being so close to out-shrinking everything! I figure I won't out-shrink everything until I get to about 40 lbs, so I am good for a while. I think I will need to go shopping right around Christmas.
