Well I started a 12 week weight loss challenge so I am extremely motivated. I have been doing great since Friday and seem to have lost 4 lbs already. I'm more than certain it's water weight. I've been drinking my water and got in a few work outs so I'm off to a great start.
I've already packed my breakfast, lunch and snacks for work tomorrow. Let's see how long I can keep this up
