NEW MOVE & WANT TO KEEP UP A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

New to the Jacksonville area and looking for a workout buddy. My goal is to maintain a healthy food plan, exercise 5 days a week for 45 minutes and drop the weight I put on after my divorce 2 years ago. I'd like to stop using food as a source of comfort and replace it with other healty habbits.

I live off 210, and recently have joined Curves off San Jose. If you havent tried it then you must do it. I love it. I am at the doing a study there at the moment. I am going on vacation soon and am going to join for a year when I get back.
You should give it a try.
Dont you just love this site, and theres so much to do.
