Ever since I was littie I have always been "big". Now I'm 26 years old and I feel that my "bigness" has gotten out of control. I also see some of my bad eathing habits and other unhealthy choices rubbing off on my wife.

For as far back as high school the doctors have been concerened about my weight but I never was because I was happy being big. I had a good life why should I change it? Now that I'm in my mid twenties my weight is really affecting my healthy. I know its just going to get harder as I get older. I honesly can't remember the last day I didn't make up with pain. At my age this should be.

I recently had the pleasure of having ankle surgery. They discovered that I had torn the cartlidge between the tibia and the tallius. I also broke my other ankle back into 2003 just from nothing more than walking (which I never had fixed). In 2005 I herniated two disc in my lower back from something I like to call "superman disease". I thought I could pick up a solid oak kitchen table (that seats 8) by myself and in reality was a completly different sisituation.

I feel that the ankle injuries were directly related my weight. I know the back injury wasn't but I carry a lot of my weight in my belly so I know I need to lose that.

All of that brings me to reason my I'm here. I going to lose weight and get the body that I need/deserve to have. I already know it won't be easy. It didn't go on over night and its not going to come off over night. This is not a diet this is a life style change that I plan on keeping the rest of my life.

My Program:
My progam is simple. I'm going to be doing cardio 6 days a week. I will be doing weight traning every other day. I will be drinking 1 gallon of water a day. I'll be eating 5 HEALTHY meals a day. I plan on writting down everything that goes into my mouth and logging it.
