Time for a Change

My Goals:
1. Lower total cholesterol by at least 70 points (sans drugs b/c he will not put me back on them). It is currently 253 - needs to be 140-199
2. Raise HDL by same 70 points. Currently 44, needs to be 40-135
3. Lower Triglycerides by at least 100 points. Currently 223 needs to be 0-150
4. Lose 40 pounds. Currently 253
5. Increase cardio to be able to run a 5k by January 1st - not necessarily doing it though
6. Keep calorie level at 1200-1500 for 1 month then increase to 1300-1700. My BMR is about 2300 so that should keep me losing 1-3 pounds a week. November 8th is 18 weeks away, so that should put me on target weight wise.
