She Ate An Inspiration

Crazy title? I posted on Facebook that I had joined Weight Watchers and someone told me "you ATE an inspiration!". The ate was quickly corrected to are but not until I got a good laugh.

I am not an inspiration. Man would I love to be one though. I could tell you about the time I went from 210 to 147, was a Spark Motivator and even Spark Member of the day 2 times. These are times I need to put behind me. To focus on what WAS leads to such an overwhelming sense of failure that I ...

I am not an inspiration. Man would I love to be one though. I could tell you about the time I went from 210 to 147, was a Spark Motivator and even Spark Member of the day 2 times. These are times I need to put behind me. To focus on what WAS leads to such an overwhelming sense of failure that I cannot look forward. I cannot view it as re-losing 50+ pounds.

I could give you a list of what brought me back to this place but I will spare you for now.

I have a job to do and this time so much more is at stake.

I will conquer this again.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to become healthier and more active for my beautiful 3 year old son and husband. I want to walk with my head held high and enjoy clothes shopping. I want to feel that I am worthy of all that life has to offer. I know deep down that that probably has to begin before I can lose weight.

My Program:
Old School WW - flex plan all the way (with margin calorie counting)

Personal Information:
I currently reside in the tarheel state with my husband, 3 year old and a beautiful black cat named Peyton.

Other Information:
It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Give it 12 weeks. Donít QUIT! - Unknown

Hi!
I saw you posting in "SP Class of March 11-17 2012" that you were working toward to your goal for you birthday in July. That's actually my (short-term) goal, too.

Good luck!
