Hi Teri,

I know I'm late in my welcome, but want to extend a warm welcome to the team Women in their 40's and 50's! We have a small core of members who have been together for a long time and we are looking forward to getting to know our newest members! Please feel free to post an introduction either in the intro thread or in our thread for daily conversations.

I know I would never have been successful with my weight loss without the friends I've made here and the support and motivation they've given me when I've needed it. We'd love to be able to do that for the other members of our team!!!

Thanks for the goodie.

I'm doing the MOVE phone calls for now. They only had openings in the afternoon class. But I'll be up at the VA a few more times for some testing during the summer. Next visit is the 15th July, then again August 7th. You gonna be around either of those days?
