I had my baby girl back in Sept. 2011. I'm ready to come back!! I'm a mommy of 4 kids (12, 7, 5 and 18 months) who have gained too much weight over the past 11 years. I was part of spark people on 2009 and lost 15lbs. and I'm ready to start again. I have an overweight family so genes are not on my side! I know I need to work harder but I'm ready... I want to lose this weight to be healthy and to look better. I'm trying not to focus so much on weight but on ...

My Program:
I don't usually drink water, so that's one of my main goals, drink and drink and drink water. recently joined a gym so I'll be doing a mix of cardio and strenght 5x week. trying to be "primal" which means healthy foods, no grains and low dairy. no process foods and lots of good protein and healthy fats.

We have been living in Bakersfield for the past 12 years. I have 4 kids and have been married for 13 years.
