oh and P.S. in case I forget to tell you, next Wednesday will be Centergy. Lea forgot to tell the class but I saw her today. She will be gone and that's what the sub knows how to teach. She said it's like a cross between yoga and pilates and moves at a little faster pace. I'm still going to go. It will be fun to try something new.

While on a weight lifting program, the right hormones (testosterone) are necessary in order to bulk up. Womenís testosterone levels are much lower than menís, so in most cases, they are not capable of building large muscles. In fact, since muscle takes up less room than fat, women tend to lose inches when they strength train. So in addition to the physical benefits (increased metabolism, decreased risk of osteoporosis, increased strength), strength training will help you slim down too! Women, in fact, are more likely to tone up from strength training rather than bulk up. Research shows that women can add up to 30% lean muscle and end up looking thinner, feeling stronger and being firmer. No matter how many repetitions you do, you should be lifting a challenging weight and feel muscle fatigue by the end of each set. Learn how to Add Strength Training for Lean Muscles.

Awww, thank love. You've definitely helped motivate and inspire me too. I'd probably still be sitting on 180 if you hadn't come along. But don't forget to recognize the person who REALLY made the all happen...YOU!! I may have helped you along the way, but you're the one who's doing all the work. And you're doing a fabulous job!.
