My weight has been an ongoing issues for years. My son was born on January 9, 2011 and I was going through some health issues directly related to my weight and diet at the time. With help from my GP and my fiance, I've really found new hope that I can again be in great physical shape, and be around for my family as long as possible.

Welcome to SparkPeople and both teams 'Men, You're Not Alone' and 'One for the Guys'. Your program on your page looks good if you can handle/manage the cardio. At least three times should be enough, but if you can manage 5...go for it.

We look forward to your participation on the threads and how ever little you want to say is fine. 'They' say that higher participation on the teams = success. We will see. I feel like one of the younger ones out there (34) and often just say whatever...just to participate. Good luck to you!
