My Program:
*Planning my shopping and menus. Looking for new recipes (at least one weekly).

*Make healthier take-out and snack choices.

*Get input from the kids for menu ideas and work together to troubleshoot and brainstorm healthier eating options.

*Encourage physical activity in the kids. (Wii Fit competitions?!)

*Using Wii Fit as often as possible and using a pedometer daily.

*Taking my meds as prescribed and wearing my CPAP nightly.

Personal Information:
My family is in the process of moving from Pennsylvania to Illinois. We are renovating a farm house that is around 100 years old. I have four children and love finding old friends and making new ones on Facebook.

Trying not to forget the ordinary miracles.

Oh Miss Tam!! You have no idea how scared I am to run. SCARED. I'm too scared to try. Today I am using the heat & humidity as the excuse. Tomorrow, I'll find something else. Yes, I do need the challenge!!!
