So this journey has taken me places, I have been detoured, more than once, but you know what? I have learned a lot about me, who I am, who I want to become and how to do it. I am ok with it and moving forward. I am working hard and I will...no switch...I AM Succeeding! :)

My Goals:
My goals...

1. To lose 100 pounds total by then move onto the other half .
2. To have more energy
3. To make exercise a regular part of my life
4. To make it to onderland and then set my ultimate weight goal.


My Program:
My program is simply to make healthier choices, eat within my calorie range and move more with scheduled exercise days.

I eat more vegetarian meals than not, I have cut out processed foods and am working on not eating out but maybe once a month.

I am taking this day by day, baby steps, that is what will get me to my ultimate goal.

I am married to a wonderful man, my best friend, Kevin, for 17 years on 2/20/2010. We have 3 beautiful children. 2 boys and a girl ages 14, 5 and 10 respectively. We live on the beautiful coast of Maine where I never want to leave. I absolutely love love love it here and am so grateful to our creator that I am able to raise my 3 children here.

I have the privilege to teach my children at home and to spend my days learning about them and watching them grow into beautiful young adults and children. They change so much every day.

    HI Trish,
    Found your recipe for 100 calorie blueberry muffins on SP and had a question presented to me I couldn't answer. First, it says a 1 c oats. What kind of oats. I was asked if they were Quick, Minute, 30 seconds, pulverized, or: Irish Steel Cut Slow Cook Oats? The directions don't indicate where to mix them in but I put them with the flour. Also, one area says preheat oven at 350 but later it says cook at 400. These sound great and I'm gonna make them and wing it but would appreciate clarification. Thanks again!!!

    Hello Ms. POSITIVE!!!! So you're stuck for the moment, but pushing on as always!! :) Good for you! Glad you are liking your wii fit! :) My sister and I set mine up some time ago, and her fits of laughter at the visual of us doing the hula-hooping made me want to shove her out the door, but it really does get your heart going!!! :) Did you end up getting the EA Sports Active for the wii??? That is the first I've heard of that... I'll have to look into it! I just wondered what you thought of it??? I picked up the Jillian Michael's one a while ago, and I have to say, I do not care for it... so I'm hoping to get something else. Possibly the My Fitness Coach or Gold's Gym Workout?? :) Hope your day is going well... and... I THINK OF YOU often!!! :)
