Hi, I am ready to do what it takes to take back the healthy lifestyle I have given up over the last 20 years. I have been working at losing weight and creating a healthier lifestyle for myself for over a year. In that year, I have lost 70 pounds, but I still have about 70 more to go. My Program:
I am following a lower carb, high nutritious eating program. I track my food intake daily and workout 4-5 days per week.

3 days I do strength training for 45 minutes

5 days I do some form of cardio for 20-40 minutes.

I recently added running to my program and have never felt as strong in my life. There is something about running that makes me feel like I can do anything!
