I don't have a gym where I live, but I do have a "home gym" that includes 5lbs-40lbs dumbbells, pull up bar, resistant bands, etc. I know lifting is very informant and that's why half my training revolves around that type of training - other half is mostly Zuzana Light's workout DVDs.

You have great hair! I only knew of one "brazilian" thing and that can hurt:) I have crazy hair, stick straight in spots and curly underneath. Also several cowlicks. I want good bangs to cover up my Gordan Ramsey forehead. No kidding, i have had deep wrinkles since I was a kid. My mom was right and my face did stay that way. Went to a dermatologist once for my rosacea and asked about botox and he said, uh, I wouldn't if I was you. You have expressed every emotion on your face in the first two minutes of meeting you and I wouldn't change that:)... Apparently I am a face talker.

I love the Firm workouts! I still have the "fanny lifter" and the workouts that came with it. I actually had a friend's husband convert the VHS tapes to DVDs for me since we no longer have a VCR. They are tough~ my favorite instructor was always Allie. I heard she came out with some new ones.

I did the Bob Harper Skinny Rules Cardio today. It's an 11 min warm up, the 4 WODs. I did all back to back, it was so hard! Loved it though!
