My Program:
Aerobic exercise 5-6 days per week, for at least 30 minutes.
Weight training 3 days per week for 30 minutes.
Avoid over indulging during the evenings and on weekends.
Personal Information:
I am 49 and have 2 grown daughters and 3 step daughters, 2 step sons and 5 grandchildren, and 1 more on the way. I want to be able to keep up with the grand kids for a long, long time.
Other Information:
Every choice I make regarding food and exercise affects my health, either for good or bad. The choice is up to me.
