I take care of small children all day for pay and big ones all the time for no pay. My health goal is to lose 17 pounds and keep them off unlike the last time I tried. Joint issues are a concern for me so the right exercise program and the motivation to follow through are what I need. The 5% challenge encourages you to lose 5% of your weight in 8 weeks. You get challenges like drink 8 cups of water, eat 5 or more veggies a day, watch your sodium--each week. You get points for exercising and each team tries to read a destination by exercising and turning the minutes into miles. First 3 teams get points. You weigh in each week and also get points for the team for losing. You can join and be on MY team or can pick another. I'm a Determined Daisy but you can read all the teams and decide what one you like. I will forward you the link in sparkmail. You would join the Fall Challenge and then pick your team. It is helpful to me.

I know I have done many great things--like a 5K but swimming is scary. Still thinking about things!
