I have declared 2016 as my year to De-junk. I am going to de-junk my office, my mind, and my body. It's not going to be easy because I have come to realize that all three are inter-related. It is my sincere believe that, in order to have the results I desire, I need to focus on all three areas and not just one. And to do that I need to have a plan.

To de-junk my body:

I am going to pre-plan my menus
Write down everything I eat
Take photos of any forbidden foods about to be consumed
Blog everyday
Exercise 30 minutes a day
Dance around the house as often as I can

To de-junk my office:

Accept that it didn't take one day to get it looking this way so it will take more than that to get it cleaned and organized.
Do something to improve the room every day.
I am going to take before and after pics of my progress.
Going to take it slowly to avoid becoming overwhelmed and quitting altogether.

To de-junk my mind:

I am going to cut back on my tv time and mindless web surfing
Will color in my adult coloring books while watching select TV shows
Will spend time meditating and talking to God
Will put my thoughts in writing

In order to complete this mission successfully, I will need to face some fears and step out of my comfort zone.

Not let my weight stop me from doing what my heart desires

Feel comfortable in my clothes

Be able to get up from the floor with ease











My Program:
Tracking every morsel that goes into my mouth

Stay within 1200 to 1500 calories

Plan my meals and exercise schedules in advance

Do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily

Breathe!

Turn to God when faced with temptation

Take one day at a time
