Get a strength training program set up and going at the gym for 3 days a week.
Gym to do: Cardio 3 - 4 days a week Strength training 2 days a week
Eventually Zumba classes once I get my gym workouts on track.

Hey Connie! Things here are AOK...slowly the work transition is settling in, the family is doing AOK and I became an aunt again over the weekend!!! A roadtrip to Boston is in our near future to see the new little peanut! Keep up that Spark momentum lady!!!! TTYS! Smiles!!
