So far so good, but getting very unmotivated. Went on vacation for 10 days and didn't write a thing down. Gained 1.5 lbs. 1st time I gained since I stated in mid-January. 1st time I skipped filling out the log. Still have camera shyness. There a times I look in the mirror and don't see a significant change. I still see myself as big. Obviously the clothes are fitting much different but mentally, hard to change. 2050 days ago
