A goal for life

My high weight was 170, which made me borderline obese. I've decided never again. I will take this journey one pound at a time, and one pilates session at a time.

My Goals:
My current short term goal is to get down to 155 by August 1st. That puts me at a pound a week. If I lose more, great!


I'd like to get down to 130, and from there I'll reassess where I need to be.

My Program:
Right now I'm trying to cut out a lot of the eating out and unhealthy foods. I'm trying to minimize my intake of processed foods.

I've just taken up pilates, and I love it! I'm more likely to stick with this over other exercise plans.

no major changes in my eating except more healthy choices! it definitely has to be water, i'll try drinking more :)

No way! All of my fat is stocked into my belly and arms. Sometimes when I look at myself, it is hard to see my "new body". I noticed that some days I still see the old me.

Does that happen to you too?

YOU LOOK WONDERFUL! Such a small frame :)! Don't be so hard on yourself! You are thinner than you think!!!

you are so welcome! you along with a couple others on here have been a huge help to keep me motivated too :) i am so happy that i am keeping up with the program but i have actually gained 4 pounds! hopefully my muscles are just retaining water since this exercise is so totally new. do you have any fun plans for the weekend?
