Take Two
Starting over..... December 1, 2012. I decided to start all over here on SparkPeople because I need fresh motivation. The points and progress on my other page spanned nearly three years with no results. I have new goals and new inspiration. I will become a runner...not something I've ever wanted to do, or thought I could do, before. I will quit smoking. I will limit, if not quit altogether, my alcohol intake. Starting over..... December 1, 2012. I decided to start all over here on SparkPeople because I need fresh motivation. The points and progress on my other page spanned nearly three years with no results. I have new goals and new inspiration. I will become a runner...not something I've ever wanted to do, or thought I could do, before. I will quit smoking. I will limit, if not quit altogether, my alcohol intake. Since starting SparkPeople in May of 2010, I've gained about 20 pounds, high cholestorol, high blood pressure, acid reflux, and a hernia in my esophogus. What?? Me?? Yeah. I can hardly believe it. But that is all about to change....

My Goals:

My Program:
I know I need to take babysteps because I have BIG goals.... I am learning how to run with Runner's World's "Run Your Butt Off" program, combined with a SP 5K program. I plan to enter fitness minutes AT LEAST five days a week. I will eat something for breakfast every day, by 9am at the latest. These are the main elements of the start of my new program.....
