I did this once I can do this again

WOW! I didn't want to be back here starting over, I wanted to just be maintaining. Wouldn't it be nice if our loved ones would have just jumped in and asked that question "do you really want to eat that", why do we assume thats being hurtful, if others see us hurting ourselves why not step in and wave that little red flag. Yes! I did this to myself, again. Few years ago I lost 68 pounds, and went thru losing my home, well you know lots, and today I have gained back 32 pounds, thats almost half ...

My Goals:
This time around I wanna make it happen bigger and better, so I am taking more advice and came up with a more basic start for my goals
Journal
Walk 30 mins 3xs week
Drink 2 smart waters daily
Do one good deed daily
remind myself WHY

I want to get my weight to 160 and then I will plan for my next journey.



My Program:
I am eating better, much better. I am making myself start with basic workouts, like walking 30 mins, and simple strength workouts to start. I will be sure to continue to kick it up as I go.
I am trying to teach myself to say no, so I been practicing with my hubby (he lets me) and everytime he gets chips or donut or nachos I say to him "are you sure you want that" its kinda our new thing. It gives me the power to walk over and grab the fruit.
I am also journaling, trying to blog and trying to make friends to do this with.
So welcome to my journey that started October 13th 2011 weighing in at 210 working to drop to 160

I am 34 years old I have 4 kids ages 3 to 17.
I enjoy reading, art, and I am creative. I like to make blankets for my kids. People say I am good at decorating, I enjoy cooking, and I love to sit and make up stories for the kids. I also enjoy accomplishments when I finish them. Also, I enjoy people and I reach out a lot but for the life of me I can't seem to make friends and therefore I don't really have any.

Hey girl, my motivation is falling by the waste side. I'm losing momentum to log food...UGG I know I can do this...Right??? LOL

What foods to cut out?
Well, for me, I cut out foods that I know lead to me over eating. For example, this I discovered Pita Chips. I love them too much. I can't eat just a few. It's always half a bag a day. They became my weakness. SO, I made one of my goals on the Challenges for Sparkers team's fall challenge NO pita chips.
I've thought about them several times, but am sticking it out.

Avoiding foods that will trigger over eating should help.
