What foods to cut out? Well, for me, I cut out foods that I know lead to me over eating. For example, this I discovered Pita Chips. I love them too much. I can't eat just a few. It's always half a bag a day. They became my weakness. SO, I made one of my goals on the Challenges for Sparkers team's fall challenge NO pita chips. I've thought about them several times, but am sticking it out.
