My Program:
I am following the Canadian Diabetes Association diet and drinking about 4-5 litres of water a day. No candy, no soda except for a very occasional Fresca, and whole foods like meat, fruit and dairy foods. I am not exercising, unfortunately, but the time is coming!
Personal Information:
I'm 37 (gulp!!), married, mother of two angels in heaven, university student in religious studies. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant with our first baby and we're so excited! I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes at 13 weeks. I have lost 41 pounds so far this pregnancy by sticking to the diet prescribed by my hospital.
