Kim's healthy start 2011

I am a single mom of 3 kids. I am still trying to lose some weight. I do eat healthy but it is okay to splurge once in a while with my kids. I don't feel like a failure when I do this. I enjoy it! I also have in home treats like my 15 calorie popsicle. I do stay as active as I can most days. I live in VABCH. I want to lose at least another 20 lbs. before my kids & I go to camp next year.

My Goals:
I would like to lose at least 20 lbs. more before camp in July 2012.

My Program:
Eating healthier. Eating more fruits & veggies. Eating less red meat. Exercising & more exercise. Drinking at least 8 cups of water daily & an apple a day can't hurt.

Personal Information:
I live in VABCH. I have 3 children which I have imposed the importance of exercising & eating healthy for a happy & healthy lifestyle. This also helps me do the same. We do have unhealthy snacks once in a while & that is okay as long as it isn't a daily habit.

Other Information:
I do enjoy exercising at the gym but I also enjoy a good movie.
