I went over about 100 cals on the weekend for the same reason (too much beer, haha). I guess it happens. I think I'm just going to have to be more prepared next time! Alcohol has always been one of my biggest diet challenges.
Good to hear this week is going well! I'm doing pretty good too. Went to the gym Mon-Weds. Today is my day off, and I'm headed to the grocery store to buy some healthy food. Then back again Friday.
