I love to play netball (kind of like basketball.. but harder and better! haha)

Love to be social and drinks with friends.

TRAVEL! is my passion. So far travelled to France, Canada, USA, Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam.. can't wait to travel more.

This site is great. I would have given up if it weren't for this site, sad to say, but I have more support on here than I do in reality. Someone is always around to chat to.
Buy yourself a calorie counter, they are good. I'm sorta at the stage where I know what I can and can't eat. Yay. Its when I get takeaways n stuff like that, that I use it. I log my food in some days, some days I don't even turn me comp on.
Its the exercise thats slowing me down at the mo. I'm gonna get an eliptical trainer this week.... N use it. I was wanting to get a gym membership, but at the mo, I wanna hide my flab, not flaunt it, lol.

P.s Just remember if you do F!#& up, just jump back on the wagon n keep on going. emoticon

Heya gurl, just read your blog, hope your all good and back on track. Consistency is hard, we face it everyday with alot of things that have to be done. I know what you mean about goin away etc etc.
