This site is great. I would have given up if it weren't for this site, sad to say, but I have more support on here than I do in reality. Someone is always around to chat to. Buy yourself a calorie counter, they are good. I'm sorta at the stage where I know what I can and can't eat. Yay. Its when I get takeaways n stuff like that, that I use it. I log my food in some days, some days I don't even turn me comp on. Its the exercise thats slowing me down at the mo. I'm gonna get an eliptical trainer this week.... N use it. I was wanting to get a gym membership, but at the mo, I wanna hide my flab, not flaunt it, lol.
