My Goals:
#1 First and foremost, I want to help my body be healthy.

#2 I want to BE a positive example for my son.

#3 I want to feel comfortable in my own skin

#4 It certainly wouldn't hurt to LOOK good! ;-)

Current mini goal:
~BMI out of the obese range.

Ultimately: firm, toned and a BMI in a healthy range!

My Program:
I'm controlling portions.

I've increased fruits and vegetables with a goal of eating at least five a day

At least 30 minutes of intentional exercise 5 days a week.

Water, water, water!

Allow myself at least 7-8 hours of sleep

Making myself a priority!

Reminding myself daily that this is not a race. I will reach my goal. Each positive choice I make, each step I take, brings me a little bit closer to succeeding.

I managed to stay within my allotted calories today...YAY ME!! Hope you have a fabulous weekend. We are going to a giant, outdoor flea market with some friends tomorrow. Should be fun!!

Hey Lady!! WW went great my first week. Not so hot on the second week and right now I am bloated as all get out. I think I need to drink more water and get moving! It is fairly easy to record my food this way though. I like the points system for the most part. Good to hear from you!! emoticon

I am starting fresh after a VERY long absence and finding that all of my old contacts do not seem to be doing SP any longer. Very sad...makes me feel all alone! Glad to see you are still on here.
