It is scary to think that I have lost 20 lbs already. I even flirted with 180 for a while, but not watching what I was eating for 4 months made a difference. Gained a few back, but not discouraged. According to the number I put in spark I never did gain anything. must not have updated the numbers at the end. Either way, chugging back down. I am past my wedding weight and just about to my college weight. Shooting for high school weight (after volleyball).

Effort was given (maybe even not tracked), but no new book for Week 8-20 minutes of cardio 5 out of 7 days. Better luck next week! emoticon
