Working On Getting Back to Where I Used to Be!

My Goals:
Lose a few pounds and just get healthy! I know the number on the scale is not the be-all-end-all - I would ultimately love just to feel better, and look better (in my clothes and outside of them, too!).

My Program:
A mix of cardio and strength training. Thinking about incorporating Les Mills Body Pump classes and/or a Bootcamp class when my gym starts one up soon.
