Personal Information:
Hi, I'm Marni I am 41 years old and feel 61. My Pop is on Medical Disability, and I help with managing his care. I need to take better care of myself, so I can give 100% when he needs me.
Other Information:
I work in a very large hospital, and every day I am confronted with the consequences of not taking care of yourself. The morbidly obese, diabetics, dialysis patients, patients with cardiac conditions, My unit sees them all. What has really shook me up is that many are the same age as me, or no more than 10 years older. I don't want to be them
