Hi, I'm Heather! This past year I met several goals including losing 10 pounds, running my first race, and becoming a more active person. Thank you, SparkPeople for helping me accomplish those goals!

This year I want to:
1. Track my workouts and food at least three times a week.
2. Run at least 10 miles a week.
3. Complete a 10K and start training for a half-marathon.
4. LEARN TO SWIM!

-Drink 8 glasses of water everyday
-Strength train 3 days a week
-Do Cardio 3 days a week
-PORTION CONTROL
-Three meatless days a week
-Run 10 miles a week

My Program:
Bike once a week, run three times a week, strength train five days a week, eat at least three meatless meals a week.

I am a Janeite! That means, I flippin' LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Jane Austen. I always tell everyone my three loves are Jesus, Josh (my husband), and Jane.
Other loves include: cooking, reading, fishing, camping, gardening, and lovin' on my students.
