I'm sorry if I can come off a little abrasive or worse (preachy). Thank you for being kind enough to just call it straightforward. Considering we hadn't spoken before I probably should have approched the subject more gently. I just saw so much of my own struggle in your post. That's not really an excuse for bad manners but I definitely think your response to it shows an incredible strength of character on your part. You not only sought out the intent in my words but my meaning behind it. Strength like that is beautiful. I think you are beautiful. And I genuinely think that when you believe that yourself there will be nothing that could stand in your way.
okay so this is what i did normally i get up and get on the computer so i added sparkpeople to my tabs on my browsers...that means i won't have an excuse or be able to say i forgot 1369 days ago
Maybe you are one of those people who needs to make a food and exercise plan and enter it in...then just work from it like a plan for the day. At the end of the day just make any additions or adjustments that have happened along during the day.
I just log in and out of my spark tracker all day long...after every meal and snack....that works for me.
When I first started I carried a small notebook to track what I ate and the water I drank....then I entered all in the evening.
