    Thank you for stopping by and letting me know you are back. It is great to have you return to SP!!!! Things are okay with me, I have osteoarthritis in both knees so can't do all the exercises that I have been, had to drop Zumba which was a bummer.

    P.S. We all falter! The trick is to get back on track as soon as possible! The longer it takes you to get back on track, the harder to re-lose the weight. You really CAN do this!
