Following low-FODMAPs & fitness to a healthier me!

Hi there! I'm a 27 year old who has recently started following the low-FODMAP diet. After experiencing a number of digestive problems and gaining weight (despite relatively healthy eating habits), I've decided that a lifestyle change is in order. Through Sparkpeople, I aim to hold myself accountable for improving my general health, fitness and weight loss.

My Goals:
Follow a strict low-FODMAP diet for two months from July to August (2014) so that individual FODMAPs can then be introduced to determine sensitivities

Get my BMI into the healthy range by the end of October (2014)

Lose 10kg by the end of October (2014)

Regularly complete rock climbs of grade 16 by the end of October (2014)

My Program:
Maintain a journal of all meals to monitor FODMAP intake and healthy nutrition levels

Go rock climbing at least 1 time per week

30 minute walk at least 3 times per week

50 sit ups at least 3 times per week

10 minutes of stretching every day

I got a chance to visit Bolderhalle E4 in Nuremburg while I was there, and it was amazing, but really hard on the hands: I tore them all to h*ll! Brand new holds will do that to you!
