I am 41 years old and live in south central PA with my wife, Kathy, and my pug, Coco.
I enjoy video games like The Sims 3 (well really all of the Sims but I'm playing 3 right now), Madden, Gears of War, COD, GTA and fitness games. I have a PC, a Wii (no Wii U yet), an X-box 360, and a PS3.
I have schizoaffective disorder which sometimes prevents me from achieving all of my goals, but I try not to use it as a crutch.

working out 90 mins a week cardio and 30 mins strength training.

I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and about 10 years ago moved to the Altoona/Bedford area. I live in a small town outside of Altoona, PA.
Other Information:
I have a wonderful wife who I have been with for 20 years on Sept. 18th, 2011. We've been married since Oct. 10th, 2009. We have a pug named Coco.
