Right now, I am focused on moving. I want to get in at least 10,000 steps a day with 3 days of intensive cardio. I will gradually add strength training.

I love to read when I have time. I am hoping to start scrapbooking again. I am still cleaning up my space.

Long time, no see! I have pretty much been hanging around 145-149 for about a year. I kept trying to lose more but I think I have pretty much reached the ideal weight for me. I am happy with everything EXCEPT my poochie tummy. I don't think I could lose more actual weight without doing something drastic and I don't want to do that. I have been doing more strenght training and have gained some muscle so I believe that is what keeps my weight from going down toward 140. I wear a size 8 pants and most people think I look more like 120 so I guess it's all good.
How are you doing? I miss our breakfast & goals. I tried to get it started on another team but it didn't go.
