Looking to Lose

Hello! I am a 33 year old mother of four living in Tallahassee, FL. In December 2009, I set out to lose weight, as I was borderline diabetic, and having been through 3 diabetic pregnancies (insulin regulated), I was determined not to let that be my future. The motivation truly kicked in when I realized I had a cut that wasn't healing. I was too young for diabetes! I got my butt in gear after that. My starting weight was 185 lbs. My lowest weight since my trek began was 139! I've since put back on a bit of weight due to thyroid issues and am currently at 150. Hopefully, with the new meds, my thyroid will regulate and I can get back on track! Still eating healthy, still dogging it at the gym! :)

a few things about back problems: Do Physical Therapy,
Your body will burn calories (BMR) regardless of exercise, if your BMR is 1500 and that's what you eat you will maintain or lose even with the issue with your back. do whatever it takes to make this a momentary problem, not a lifelong one. Your kids need you and YOU need you. Remember we all need a break, please give yourself one!
