I am so happy to hear you had your surgery and are doing well. My only true pain was like a Mussel cramp under the incesions. I found I like Baby Oatmeal with 2 splenda, a teaspoon of Whey protien powder and milk. Some times I have baby food Fruit with it. I also have ham and bean soup from campbells soup from the bleander just heat a little in the blender. Keep up the great work.

I completely understand how you are feeling. I'm not doing too well either. I have to do something different. Not sure what that is yet. This is not an easy thing to do. I have no problem putting it on. But boy-oh-boy, taking it off is a real challenge. Ugh! emoticon

Just keep hanging in there. I know it can be frustrating but maybe it's just water. We women to to carry water alot and also if you are weighing yourself in the evening the scales will calculate that you are heavier, another thing I found out is that when we don't go to the bathroom like we should that also adds up to weight. All I can really say is be patient with your self and you will see results.

By the way the baby is adorable! I have a new grandbaby my self of course this is my fourth one but they are all precious.

Hello, Welcome to SP and to 50+ Members with 50-99 Pounds to Lose. My name is Cheryl and I am 63 years old. Because of severe arthritis and a broken leg, I live in a rest home. I can't walk and get around in a wheelchair. I'm diabetic and the choices of food here for a diabetic or any one wanting to lose weight is terrible. I've lost 50 lbs. and I'm slowly starting on the next 50. I have been stuck for a couple of weeks, but haven't gained. I can't afford to gain. My cousin took all of my old clothes and brought new ones one size smaller. If I do gain, I will be in hospital gowns. I hope your weight loss will be easy and you will learn how to keep it off. My son has lost l74 lbs. and is in really good shape. He exercises twice a day, runs several days a week, and walks during his lunch hour. When he first started he couldn't even walk a few blocks. He has been my encouragement and motivation. Let me know how you are getting along.
    Best wishes,
