Essentially I'm staying away from processed (as much as possible) and high sugar foods (for sure unless its my cheat meal). Lean proteins and lots of fresh veggies and fruit. Also I'm adding a little bit of physical activity.

Thank you for the add! I've heard about Prader Willis, Pika, and similar eating disorders but you've made it a reality. That must be a struggle, good for you for making proactive changes for your family. Keep me posted and continue to kick butt, like your ticker suggests you are doing. :)
