My goal is to be healthy. Losing weight is one of the ways I can keep myself mobile. I guess its the cornerstone of all things to change my eating and exercise patterns.
I am changing what and how I eat while keeping it real. I have to do this in a way that makes sense for my life or I won't be able to keep it up. I am also incorporating more movement into each day. I am taking my health more seriously and making sure I see my doctor.
I am 42, married with three children and six grandchildren.
