I truly believe logging my food has been the number one key to my success. It helps me to see what the nutritional value of food REALLY is, to balance my nutrients intelligently, to plan ahead when I can, to make healthy choices in general.
When I began using the tracker, logging took a long time. Now it is a turnkey operation. The tracker becomes intuitive and knows what you are looking for. I can track for the day in a couple of minutes.
So, I suggest you take the extra computer time now and log log log.
