I couldn't respond to your msg from my phone. Take one day at a time. First, just start with minor changes. If u frequent fast food or restaurants. STOP!! Hit the grocery store. Buy chicken breasts, whole wheat bread, brown rice, greek yogurt, raw almonds, fresh or frozen fruit and veggies, whole wheat pasta, egg beaters, whole wheat tortillas, fresh salsa, tilapia, shrimp, lean ground turkey, low fat or cal cheese, natural peanut butter, olive oil and cooking spray.
Make it a priority to do a minimum of 30 mins exercise daily thru a workout video, walking or hitting the gym. It takes about 3-4 weeks of being consistent and once you do, you will feel the energy. Another thing, don't let the scale determine your fitness level. Sometimes it won't show the changes u r putting in, you could be converting fat into muscle. So don't get discourage.
