I知 a 26 year old, wild child, on a whim, go where the wind takes me type of person!
Honestly I知 serious, I am a avid gamer and free lance artist. Most of my art is for clients and sadly rates in the R or NSFW category but I love making people happy so it works! I ride horses, swim, belly dance, ski and fence. I was a baker and cook by profession but sadly economy bit that in the butt and now I知 a CNA and working on my RN. GO PRODUCTIVE.
I love tattoos, did I mention that. I think it痴 the whole love of art thing really.
OH, maybe I should mention I知 morbidly obese, oddly enough healthy but still need to get the weight down before it becomes a issue. AND with the S.O. talking about marriage I want the family that痴 not seen me in years to be like O.o when they realized I have a 疎dult job and finally managed my weight.

    Congrats on taking the first step into changing your life to a more healthier one by joining the site. Spark is filled with amazing people that will motivate, support and encourage you on your journey. There is so much to learn and discover here, take this one day at a time. A couple of things I would like to suggestion to make you Spark experience a great one.

    1. Make goals for yourself. Each month I make a list of what I want to accomplish that month and break them down to smaller goals to work with week by week. This way the BIG picture doesn't seem so big.

    2. Join Spark teams. There are tons of teams here and you will be able to find ones that fit to what you like or want in a team.

    The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. Spark friends are here for support, motivation and encouragement. Good luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle! Again, welcome to the SP family!

    emoticon emoticon emoticon ANY time is a great time to start...especially with Sparkpeople. Give yourself a big hug for making this positive choice for yourself. Take your time to explore all the resources available for you here. It can seem overwhelming because there are so many resources to choose from. Two to consider using are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. Then join one, two or more Spark teams. You'll enjoy getting to know these folks and giving and getting lots of encouragement along the way. It's all good. Enjoy the journey!

    Welcome to SP! I don't tell myself what I "can't" have. I just log it into my nutritional tracker and sometimes I'm shocked and choose not to have it or I have a smaller portion. Sometimes, I'm shocked and it fits into my nutrition for the day. I think of this as a lifestyle and not a diet at all. That works better for me. Also, the fitness tracker is awesome. Enjoy the journey and the extra energy you get!
