End of summer/Fall 2016 goals:
Continue tracking on MFP
Keep calories at 1400
Keep sodium at 2300 mg
Keep carbs at 175 mg
Continue with clean eating
At least 6000 steps a day
100% participation on BLC32 Navy Ninja's team!

I had my 5th boy on Feb 2nd and decided to spend my 3 months home soaking him up! I managed to keep my pregnancy weight gain to under 25 pounds and considering my 'little' boy weighed 9lb 10oz I'd say that's pretty good!
I am now back to work full time and with work, 5 boys, sports and life, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things regarding working out and better nutrition. I spent the summer doing Bikini Body Mommy 1.0 along with walking. In September I started BBM 2.0 and the 6 week mini challenge.

The end of 2015 had me finishing 2.0 and starting 3.0. I'm also doing 2 different Biggest Loser challenges here on Spark along with walking when weather permits.

I'm doing mostly clean eating- some days Whole30, some days Paleo, some days neither!! I'm still working on my nutrition.

Update 6/1/16: Still powering through with family life and working out. I started BBM 5.0 on 5/16/16. Still working on my nutrition, which is the biggest hurdle for me.

Update 8/21/16: finished up BBM 5.0 and started Hammer & Chisel 60 day workout.

Just to feel healthier and happier in my skin. I'm not looking for a magic number to get to- just trying to get to a comfortable and maintainable number.

Started using my fitness pal to log food. I also have a fit bit which has been fun. Helps me get my steps in every day!

I live in Kirkwood, NY (right above the PA border). I've been married for 16 years and have 5 boys, ages 18, 16, 11 year old twins and 18 months.


Other Information:
I'm a 1st degree brown belt in karate- one step away from a black belt! Hoping some day I'll get the chance to go back and finish.

    emoticon isn't it FUN being a leadah?? I have been for 5 yrs now !! Always on the Dawggie team,,,, most of the time as the ML, for 2 yrs I stood in for our CL until she was able to return back to it. Both positions are AWESOME !! Being the ML though gives me more of a chance to be one on one.
