I've done SP before under username veddie78. Just looking for a fresh start so thought I would go with a new name and a new page.

I had my 5th boy on Feb 2nd and decided to spend my 3 months home soaking him up! Once the weather got a little nicer, I started walking again. I managed to keep my pregnancy weight gain to under 25 pounds and considering my 'little' boy weighed 9lb 10oz I'd say that's pretty good!

I am now back to work full time and with work, 5 boys, sports and life, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things regarding working out and better nutrition. I started the 90 day Bikini Body Mommy challenge in May. So hopefully this plus my walks will be enough to jump start my weight loss.
I have no specific weight number in mind as an ultimate goal. Right now, I'm just looking to get out of the 200s.

I finished up the Bikini Body Mommy 1.0 challenge and have now started the 2.0 challenge. I am still walking daily while achieving at least 10,000 steps a day, if not more. I am being more consistent with tracking my food.

5% Fall Challenge Commitment:
Continue doing BBM 2.0 challenge daily
Walk at least 1.50 miles a day, preferably 3 miles
Get at least 10,000 steps a day, preferably 12,000
Continue making better food choices and tracking daily

My Goals:
Just to feel healthier and happier in my skin. I'm not looking for a magic number to get to- just trying to get to a comfortable and maintainable number.

My Program:
Started using my fitness pal to log food. I also have a fit bit which has been fun. Helps me get my steps in every day!

Personal Information:
I live in Kirkwood, NY (right above the PA border). I've been married for 16 years and have 5 boys, ages 17, 16, 11 year old twins and 10 months.

Other Information:
I'm a 1st degree brown belt in karate- one step away from a black belt! I look forward to going to back to be able to get that black belt!

I like them a lot...but I find them hard to stick with for 90 days..so I decided to do the 6 week mini challenge focusing only on the strength aspect since I get plenty of cardio in...but they definitely kick my butt that's for sure

Brown belt in karate--WOW! Bet your boys are in awe of that, too! You sound as if you have a great handle on where you are and where you are going--a good model for the rest of us.

..And the Grinch with his Grinch feet ice cold in the snow,
stood puzzling & puzzling, how could it be so?
It came without ribbons. It came without tags.
It came without packages, boxes or bags!
And he puzzled & puzzled til his puzzler was sore!
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before;
What if Christmas he thought doesn't come from a store?
What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more?
