I've done SP before under username veddie78. Just looking for a fresh start so thought I would go with a new name and a new page.

5% Spring Challenge:
I will be following the spark diet.
I will continue to walk 1-3 miles a day at least 6 days a week.
I will try to get in at least 3 freggies a day.
I will try to be as supportive and motivating as I can be to other members.

I had my 5th boy on Feb 2nd and decided to spend my 3 mnths home soaking ...

I had my 5th boy on Feb 2nd and decided to spend my 3 mnths home soaking him up! Once the weather got a little nicer, I started walking again. I managed to keep my pregnancy weight gain to under 25 pounds and considering my 'little' boy weighed 9lb 10oz I'd say that's pretty good!
I am now back to work full time and with work, 5 boys, sports and life, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things regarding working out and better nutrition. My sisters and I are going to start the 90 day Bikini Body Mommy challenge. So hopefully this plus my walks will be enough to jump start my weight loss.
I have no specific weight number in mind as an ultimate goal. Right now, I'm just looking to get out of the 200s.

My Goals:
Just to feel healthier and happier in my skin. I'm not looking for a magic number to get to- just trying to get to a comfortable and maintainable number.

My Program:
Following the spark diet, watching my carb intake which can be my downfall sometimes.

Personal Information:
I live in Kirkwood, NY (right above the PA border). I've been married for 15 years and have 5 boys, ages 17, 15, 10 year old twins and 3 months.

Other Information:
I'm a 1st degree brown belt in karate- one step away from a black belt!

How is week 1 of the Challenge going for you? I got off to a good start then got derailed slightly due to a minor illness. That's life for you! I'm feeling almost back to normal now and ready to get back on track. Hope things are fine with you!!
